If you are anything like me you like to cake on mascara. The blacker, thicker,longer and more curled THE BETTER!!! However, everything is all GOOD until its time to take it off. UGH!! I have to admit that I do use make up wipes but they just do not not seem to do the trick when it comes to removing my mascara no matter how high or low the price range. Also, make up removers can be rather expensive and deplete very fast. One day, after explaining my frustration to my grandmother she told me she used to remove her mascara with good ol' fashioned petroleum jelly. I figured if it worked for her I am pretty sure it could do the same for me. Since I have been using petroleum jelly my lashes have been a lot stronger and they also have grown tremendously.

STEP 1: Take a tad bit of Vaseline between your index finger and thumb.
STEP 2: Raise your hand to your eye lashes
STEP 3: Place your lashes between your index finger and your thumb.
STEP 4: RUB GENTLY!
STEP 5: GRAB a little more Vaseline and repeat steps 2-4 if needed. (By this time you'll look like you have TWO BLACK EYES LOL)
STEP 6: Take a soft tissue, make up wipe, or wet wash cloth and wipe away the excess
STEP 7: Wash your face as normal
